Job Summary
Analyst role in the Family Coverage Group within JPMorgan's Investment Banking division focusing on client prospecting, M&A, debt and equity capital markets, and transaction execution; develop financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, comps, sum-of-the-parts); structure and execute corporate finance deals; prepare pitch documents; assist with client research and relationship building; interact with senior coverage and product bankers; requires bachelor's degree and strong accounting/finance, quantitative, and business writing skills, with the ability to communicate concepts concisely and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
