Investment Banking - EMEA Leveraged Finance - Analyst - London

Analyst in JPMorgan's Leveraged Finance team (London) will perform financial modeling and financial statement analysis, determine cash flow and asset-based debt capacity based on a wide range of business models, drive the preparation of customized term sheets, capital markets and credit approval packages and marketing materials, prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings, prepare investor marketing materials and arrange investor meetings, conduct extensive due diligence on companies, conduct industry and product research as well as comparable analysis. Requires excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and help develop innovative client solutions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, highly motivated and adaptable, able to multi-task and manage projects independently, comfort with and commitment to teamwork, high attention to detail and time management, and excellent presentation skills; comfortable presenting to client senior management, investors and senior members of the firm. This role encompasses regulated activity and may involve required regulatory assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence as assessed by the Firm.
