Job Summary
Create statistical exhibits analyzing comparative financial performance and build models illustrating projected financial results and value. Develop marketing memoranda and deliver sections of research presentations. Participate in the execution of financings and M&A transactions while acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm. Interns are fully integrated into the team, involved in live transactions and client engagements, and exchange ideas through team-building sessions with mentors and senior managers. This six-month fixed-term direct contract offers hands-on experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, underwriting, and debt financing within a worldwide leader in investment banking.
Required Qualifications
- You are pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated
- Knowledge of and a keen interest in finance
- Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker, team player; possess a strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and attention to detail
- Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Business fluency in Mandarin (for the program in Hong Kong)
- Business fluency in Korean (for the program in Seoul)
Desired Qualifications
- Business fluency in Southeast Asian languages (for the program in Singapore)
