Job Summary
Associate in the Consumer & Retail investment banking group participating in the full transaction cycle, including developing marketing pitches, performing detailed valuation analyses (DCF, trading/comparables, transaction comparables, LBO), reviewing and formulating financial analyses, preparing internal memoranda and client presentations, and providing leadership to Associates and Analysts. You will collaborate with a broad team to execute transactions, engage in graduate recruiting, and may involve frequent travel. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and the ability to generate and execute transactions with senior bankers, analysts, and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, economics or a related field
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution-oriented approach
- Impeccable communication skills with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders
- Self-directed, highly motivated, able to work independently
