Job Summary
Analyst in Investment Banking focusing on Consumer & Retail; responsibilities include executing transactions, supporting due diligence, document preparation, and negotiation; building and using complex financial models, performing valuation and analytical exercises; drafting presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, and contributing to client dialogue in collaboration with product and sector teams; develop knowledge of target client base and relevant market dynamics; requires strong accounting/finance skills and a bachelor’s degree with front-office experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role.
- Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.
