Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis of market data and companies while building detailed and complex financial models for public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and equity capital markets advisory across the CEE region. Support preparation of client presentations and execute transactions from pitch to close, including listings and rights issues. Lead execution functions by supervising junior analysts and managing tasks across industries and products. Perform valuation analyses using multiples, DCF, and LBO methods. This role encompasses UK regulated activity requiring adherence to fitness and propriety assessments. Fluency in a CEE language is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience
- Good knowledge about the transaction cycle of relevant investment banking products
- Outstanding analytical, financial analysis and modelling skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Time management
- Comfort in and commitment to a strong teamwork environment
- Ability to work self-directed and independently
- Ability to multitask on numerous assignments
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Profound knowledge of customary investment banking databases (FactSet, Bloomberg, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
