Job Summary
Investment Banking Business Manager - Associate in the EMEA Investment Banking division, covering EMEA industries. Serves as a trusted advisor and counterbalance to business leaders, optimizing performance by driving initiatives in budget forecasting, headcount management, and market data analysis. Manages senior-level stakeholders, coordinates allocation of corporate resources, and supports front office with client onboarding and KYC processes. Maintains deal pipeline and revenue forecasts, provides value-added analysis for QBRs and ad-hoc requests, conducts Dealogic-based performance reviews, and collaborates with Compliance, Legal, Product Controllers, P&A, Tax, and Tech to drive control initiatives. Requires proactive problem-solving, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Experience in Investment Banking is a plus.

- Familiarity with external data sources and revenue-tracking tools like Dealogic
- Client onboarding support experience (e.g., Sponsorship, KYC)
- Ability to build networks with bankers, compliance, product controllers, and other stakeholders
- Value-added analysis for quarterly business reviews and ad-hoc requests
