Job Summary
Translate leadership priorities into sequenced plans, timelines, and budget inputs while tracking progress against milestones. Coordinate the client agenda by maintaining cadence for account plan updates, compiling coverage inputs, relationship status updates, revenue opportunity notes, and performance metrics. Define and maintain management KPIs by producing recurring reporting, performing data checks, escalating data quality issues, and summarizing insights for executive audiences. Prepare materials for business reviews and governance by drafting content, consolidating inputs, and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and version control. Support cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance by coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Assist as a liaison for technology initiatives by capturing requirements, organizing enhancement backlogs, and communicating updates. Contribute to reporting modernization by identifying manual steps, documenting processes, testing enhancements, and standardizing metrics. Manage day-to-day execution for executive requests by triaging asks, gathering inputs, preparing draft responses, and escalating risks early. Support operating cadences by building agendas, preparing pre-reads, capturing minutes, and maintaining trackers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery) and working with senior stakeholders; able to operate with appropriate guidance
- Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions
- Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations)

Desired Qualifications
- Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time
- Familiarity with Tableau, Sigma, Qlik, or similar BI tools is a plus
