Job Summary
VP, Investment Banking Coverage for Tech: Lead origination and execution of M&A, Capital Markets, and advisory transactions. Manage day-to-day deal processes, oversee financial model development and client materials, and serve as primary client contact on deal execution matters. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in collaboration with senior bankers; provide mentorship to Analysts and Associates. Travel as requested by senior deal team members and clients. Requires 6+ years of corporate finance experience in Tech, strong leadership and client-relationship skills, and success in transaction execution. Supports MBA is preferred; Bachelor's degree required; SIE, 79, 63 licenses; work authorization to be in the United States without sponsorship. Base pay range noted at $275,000 annualized; location options include San Francisco or New York City. Role involves frequent travel and a focus on M&A, DCM, ECM, and leveraged/structured finance within the Tech sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or equivalent
- 6+ years in Corporate Finance as a Coverage Banker supporting the Tech sector
- SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses
- Willingness to travel as required
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship
