Job Summary
Execute in-depth analyses to support new business development, transaction execution, and the delivery of investment banking products. Perform extensive research, financial modeling, and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Build advanced financial models to value clients and industries, then lead presentation development and hypothesis testing to highlight analysis results. Actively participate in client meetings, drafting sessions, and proposal delivery while engaging analysts in marketing material development. Take ownership of client relationships, foster dialogue with finance and accounting staff, and provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members. Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior investment banking experience
- 1+ years as an Investment Banking Associate
- SIE Exam
- Series 79
- Series 63
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical abilities
