Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate on BTIG's SPAC Investment Banking and Capital Markets team in New York. Responsibilities include day-to-day project management, developing materials for board discussions, client relationship cultivation, identifying new business opportunities, performing product/market research, providing analytical and execution support on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other financial advisory projects; and preparing offering memoranda and other written materials for client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of investment banking experience, with SPAC experience required
- Must be authorized to work full time in the U.S.
- Must have FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses
