Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis and M&A transaction execution for clients in chemicals, consumer, diversified industrials, services, energy, financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors. Develop internal and external relationships while delivering advisory and financing services related to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, and restructuring. Execute diligent work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging deep sector expertise and industry relationships to provide candid advice and enable client growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
- Prior experience involving financial analysis and M&A transaction execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
