Investment Banking Associate, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure - New York

Perform and oversee financial analysis and valuation including DCF, LBO, and comparable company models. Manage analysts to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output while preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation. Support execution of M&A, financing, and advisory transactions by coordinating due diligence and interacting with clients and external advisors. Communicate effectively with senior bankers to contribute to strategic discussions and track industry trends across real estate, gaming, and lodging sectors.
