Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate role executing on M&A sell-side and buy-side engagements, managing day-to-day transaction workflow, and mentoring Analyst-level team members. Develops operating models, pro forma structures, sensitivity analyses, and prepares CIMs, management presentations, and offering materials. Oversees data room organization, due diligence trackers, and coordination with third-party advisors; reviews Analyst work product and supports senior bankers in developing pitch materials and identifying new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, and Economics.
- MBA preferred; CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation viewed favorably.
- 2–4 years of investment banking experience, with demonstrated exposure to M&A advisory.
- Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required.
