Investment Banking Associate – Healthcare Public Finance (New York)

Formulate new business proposals, develop company forecasts and valuations, and evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios for healthcare clients. Execute financing and M&A transactions by preparing financial models, conducting industry analysis, and reviewing legal documents from credit analysis through closing. Actively participate in client pitches, deliver presentations and RFP responses, and present to rating agencies. Work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects with changing priorities while applying analytical and problem-solving skills to detect errors.
