Investment Banking Associate - Greece & Cyprus Coverage

Job Summary
Support the execution of M&A, equity, and debt capital markets transactions for Greece and Cyprus clients by building complex financial models, reviewing valuation analyses, and preparing client presentations and pitch books. Collaborate with senior bankers, product partners, and industry teams on origination initiatives, transaction execution, and business development while conducting detailed company, industry, and market research. Analyze corporate and financial information to support strategic dialogue and investment recommendations, coordinating workstreams across internal teams and external advisors to drive deal closure. Maintain sector expertise and stay abreast of market developments relevant to the local client base.
Required Qualifications
- Proven investment banking experience
- Fluency in both English and Greek
- Strong academic record with an undergraduate degree from a leading university
- Excellent accounting, corporate finance and valuation knowledge
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Demonstrated transaction execution experience
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong project management, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
- High levels of professionalism, motivation and intellectual curiosity
- Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
