Job Summary
Conduct financial analysis and modeling, including historical and projected financial statements, mergers and acquisitions implications, and public and private valuation analysis. Prepare client presentations, gather and process market data, and build valuation models using comparable company and discounted cash flow methods. Support senior managers in origination by overseeing data gathering, preparing deal documentation, and directing Analyst work. Manage standard processes for credit, compliance, and balance sheet approvals while conducting corporate operations and portfolio analytic reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Proven team player who is able to effectively interact with a wide variety of internal groups and clients
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must) and financial reporting skills
- Prior investment banking Analyst experience or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree
