Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate responsible for providing strategic advisory, executing mergers and acquisitions, and assisting clients in raising funds in capital markets. Key duties include building complex financial models (valuations, DCF, LBOs), performing valuation analyses, participating in all stages of transaction execution (due diligence, marketing materials, client coordination), and supporting client relationships. The role includes mentorship of junior analysts and requires fluency in English and Hebrew, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business, and 3+ years of relevant experience within the Israeli market.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate at a leading global investment bank or related experience
- Financial Modeling: extensive, hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
