Job Summary
Conduct extensive quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis to model corporate finance alternatives and due diligence for client transactions. Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions while performing financial modeling, valuation, and market-specific analyses. Draft client pitches and marketing materials including M&A, syndicated bank financing, and public/private debt & equity capital markets documentation. Assist in financing structuring, underwriting transaction evaluation, preparation, due diligence, and execution. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics with 3+ years of corporate finance experience, specifically in the TMT sector. Candidates must possess Series 79 & 63 licenses and advanced proficiency with FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office. The expected base salary ranges from $175K–$225K plus discretionary bonus. Full-time on-site position in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience
- Experience with a top-tier global bank
- Knowledge of corporate finance, securities, financial markets, and risk & pricing analysis
- Experience in the general TMT sector
- Series 79 & 63
- Advanced proficiency with FactSet, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Microsoft Office
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require visa sponsorship or employment-based immigration sponsorship
