Job Summary
Build complex financial models including DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses to illustrate projected financial results. Support the end-to-end execution of M&A and capital-raising engagements by conducting due diligence and preparing deal documentation. Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative research on technology industry trends and specific corporate developments. Prepare high-quality pitch books, Confidential Information Memoranda, and management presentations for C-suite executives and board members. Interpret data on price, yield, and economic factors to forecast business conditions and identify strategic opportunities. This immersive Analyst experience places you on lean transaction teams alongside senior leadership to provide strategic advice to leading innovators in the tech industry.
