Job Summary
Conduct specialized financial and statistical analysis on marketing and execution activities for the Consumer Investment Banking team. Prepare supporting documentation, assist in due diligence efforts, and perform basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel. Analyze clients' financial situations, industry data, and M&A opportunities while providing input to external client proposals and internal underwriting memos. Work within a deal team under the overall direction of a senior officer to support transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics
- Series 7, 79 and 63
- 2-3 years of related experience
