Job Summary
Execute end-to-end client transactions including M&A, capital-raising, and fundraising initiatives by preparing financial analyses, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation. Develop sell-side pitch materials and presentation slides to highlight strategic opportunities for client meetings, while conducting in-depth industry research on valuation trends and competitive landscapes. Gather financial data, perform detailed analyses, and facilitate communication between clients, advisory teams, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines. Assist senior bankers in business development activities by identifying potential opportunities for pipeline growth. This fully remote role requires a detail-oriented candidate with strong financial modeling skills in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or corporate development
- Fluent/advanced English required (written and verbal), given regular interaction with international clients and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong client service orientation and teamwork mindset
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating client-facing materials
Desired Qualifications
- Previous exposure to M&A transactions or relevant internship experience
- Familiarity with financial databases and research tools (e.g., Capital IQ, PitchBook)
- CFA Level I candidate or higher
