Job Summary
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including operating models, valuation analyses, merger models, and accretion/dilution analyses. Prepare client presentation materials, pitch books, confidential information memoranda, and transaction marketing documents. Conduct industry and company research across the MedTech ecosystem and support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, equity offerings, and strategic advisory engagements. Perform financial and operational due diligence, coordinate diligence requests, and assist with data room management while working directly with clients, private equity sponsors, attorneys, and accountants. Monitor public markets and M&A activity within the healthcare and MedTech sectors. Mentor analysts and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of investment banking experience
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Biology, or a related field
- Must have closed M&A deals on their resume
- Must be available for Boston or San Francisco

- Public company client experience (ECM / M&A)
