Investment Bank Associate

Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution. Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models, valuation analyses, and draft marketing materials including pitch books and offering memoranda. Conduct in-depth industry research to generate opportunities and create target marketing lists for buyers and strategic partners. Coordinate internal discussions, schedule transaction meetings, and mentor analysts. Requires 2.5 to 3.5 years of financial services experience and a bachelor's degree in business or finance.
