Job Summary
Houston-based Senior Finance Associate role supporting investment underwriting, portfolio analysis, and strategic decision-making across the platform. Duties include building and maintaining detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and asset performance, developing investment memoranda and internal reporting, implementing process improvements for efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to support transaction execution and asset management, and owning/providing management of proprietary datasets consisting of large data sets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 5-7 years of experience in either investment banking (bulge bracket or top-tier platform) or finance, corporate development, or buy-side investment roles at a major renewable energy developer or investment firm
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear conclusions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of accuracy
