Job Summary
Conduct market research and develop complex financial models to support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure multi-manager investments, including co-investments and secondaries in North America. Coordinate commercial, legal, and tax workstreams while creating investment memos and presenting recommendations to investment committees. Monitor portfolio performance and manage relationships with general partners to prepare materials for performance review meetings. Requires two years of infrastructure or private equity investment experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Based in New York with occasional domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of infrastructure and/or private equity investment experience in principal investment, secondaries, co-investment, and/or investment banking roles
- Bachelor's degree
- Expert in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity of AI tools
- Proven quantitative capabilities and experience with building and analyzing financial models
- Strong understanding of private equity, leveraged finance, project finance, and secondaries
- Knowledge of and exposure to infrastructure subsectors
- Familiarity with the infrastructure private equity manager universe and transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Professional competency in other language(s)
- Ability to work at least 4 days in the office per week
- Ability to work from home 1 day a week
