Job Summary
Investment Associate in Vancouver supporting trade reconciliation and settlement, trade allocation uploads, FX preparation with currency conversions, and daily cashMonitoring of client cash balances and money market trades; perform trade-related calculations and reconcile discrepancies; ensure accuracy and completeness of trade files prior to submission; coordinate with portfolio managers and traders to support daily trading activities and allocations; requires 1-2 years wealth management experience, CIRO Licensed as an Investment Representative, strong Excel/Office skills, effective communication, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently with clients; familiarity with Dataphile, Salesforce, and netx360 is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- CIRO Licensed as an Investment Representative required
- Registered Representative preferred
- 1-2 years of wealth management experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Well-rounded knowledge of the securities industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with clients at all levels
- Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce and netx360 would be an asset
