Job Summary
Analyze, model, and monitor private debt and equity investment opportunities across diverse industries. Collaborate with senior deal team members on transaction aspects, including developing cash flow models, investment theses, and risk analyses. Coordinate with corporate executives and present investment opportunities to senior leadership as responsibilities grow. Participate in professional development workshops, senior leadership Q&A sessions, and networking events. This fulltime onsite summer program provides hands-on exposure to real-world business perspectives within a high-volume, lean deal team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field from an accredited college or university with a graduation date between December 2027-May 2028
- Cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher
- Previous work or classroom experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Equity Research, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Private Debt & Equity internship and/or relevant project experience
- A broad knowledge of investments, an understanding of economic forces affecting a wide range of industries, proficiency in accounting, strong financial modeling skills, and intellectual curiosity
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
- High degree of self-motivation, passion, and a drive to learn
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
