Job Summary
Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and project appraisals for residential, rental, affordable, and mixed-use developments. Prepare investment materials, acquisition memos, and business cases while assessing early-stage development feasibility and deal structuring. Support ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior leadership through market research across private, commercial, and rental sectors.
