Job Summary
Monitor investment manager performance and activity against stated methodology, sourcing new strategies consistent with portfolio objectives. Liaise with external money managers and custodians to gather qualitative and quantitative data for analysis. Manage internal systems for monitoring and reporting, including the portfolio management system and databases, while accurately capturing custodial, manager, and product information. Evaluate cash investments and balances to meet liquidity needs, prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior management, and generate tax estimation reports for long-term financial planning. Identify process improvements and formulate recommendations to enhance organizational activities.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction

- Understanding of manager evaluation and research
- Comfortable handling sensitive information
- Demonstrated competency with performance measurement concepts
- Demonstrated skill in using independent judgment to solve problems and carry out assigned responsibilities
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe
- Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot in daily workflows
