Job Summary
Monitor and respond to telephone inquiries regarding managed accounts from representatives and research written and verbal inquiries from clients and agents. Make and implement recommendations concerning department changes, improvements, and enhancements in collaboration with associates and management. Protect the company's authority to do business while answering calls and performing miscellaneous duties as required. This remote position requires Series 6/7, 24/26, and 65/66 licenses and offers a salary up to $60K annually.
Required Qualifications
- Series 6/7, 24/26 and 65/66
- Bachelor degree, if not present, experience in the securities and/or finance industries
- Customer Service experience
