Job Summary
Develop a strong understanding of BlackRock's investment accounting platform and products supporting insurance clients. Identify and implement process improvements that drive consistency and scalability within the Investment Accounting Group. Support initiative delivery through effective tracking of timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Produce clear governance materials, including project updates and status reporting. Analyse operational and project metrics to provide insights for decision-making. Design and deliver data visualisations and dashboards to enhance transparency and performance monitoring. Collaborate with accounting and technology teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and core processes. Promote data-driven practices to improve data quality, accessibility, and usage across the function.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or process improvement
- Experience working with both business and technology teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week
Desired Qualifications
