Job Summary
Investigator responsible for examining fraudulent or suspicious insurance claims, reviewing/assessing claim liability, and providing guidance to surveyors and claim investigation staff. Prepare official response documents for external organizations regarding claim-related matters and maintain related operational reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency; motorcycle ownership is advantageous; prior insurance industry experience is a plus. Location indicates Bangkok-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and own a motorcycle will be an advantage
- Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered an advantage
