Job Summary
Loss Prevention Agent role at Holt Renfrew in Vancouver reporting to store leadership. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, conducting inventory-control audits, supporting operations and sales with counts and shortage programs, performing floor walks and inspections, monitoring CCTV, conducting internal/external investigations, apprehending shoplifters with precise notes, testifying when required, and adhering to Health & Safety policies. Also responsible for confidential reporting, emergency response, and advocating for store safety in monthly meetings. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced LP/Safety role in retail, holds a provincial security license, and maintains First Aid/CPR/AED certification; strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills, clear field notes, and thorough investigation reporting are required.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 1 year experience in Loss Prevention and/or Safety & Security in a retail environment
- valid provincial security license
- valid Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates
