Job Summary

Investigator (High Scarcity) - Tumor Neurosurgery at NIH/NINDS SNB: Tenure-Track Investigator position based in Bethesda, MD. The incumbent will conduct a cutting-edge research program focused on tumors of the central and peripheral nervous system, participate in clinical care at the NIH Clinical Center, and collaborate across intramural research programs. Preferred candidates will have active research on CNS and PNS tumor biology, strong collaboration with neuro-oncology/neuropathology/radiation oncology, and be an active practicing neurosurgeon. Requires an M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. degree and board eligibility or certification. Full-time NIH employee with potential for additional clinical work at outside academic medical centers; salary commensurate with experience; civil service benefits; background check and drug testing requirements.
