Investigator

Experienced Field Investigator role focusing on surveillance of insurance claims, collecting video and photographic evidence, and producing thorough, court-ready investigative reports. Responsibilities include case preparation, stationary and mobile field surveillance from a vehicle, drafting detailed reports, maintaining organized case files, and collaborating with supervisors and operations teams. Requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, specialized surveillance equipment (covert camera device, camcorder, stabilization gear), and access to a laptop, cell phone, and internet. An active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one is required where state regulations apply. Most assignments may involve travel within a ~2-hour radius, with potential overnight stays; typically early start times and work on weekends/holidays.
