Job Summary
Lead and conduct investigations across North America related to security breaches, loss/theft of information and assets, insider threat, policy violations, violence, and workplace conduct. Partner with executives and stakeholders to uphold information protection, data security, and confidential investigative practices while driving continuous improvement of investigative and physical security processes. Role requires interaction with senior leadership and supports business resiliency, with work hours aligned to West Coast time from a Nashville, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading and conducting investigations across multiple domains (security, policy, and incidents)
- Strong knowledge of information protection and data security
- Ability to interact with executives and high-level leaders
- Experience in physical security practices and investigation administration
- Confidential investigations and discretion
- Stakeholder engagement across Lines of Business
- Ability to support and improve investigative and physical security practices
- Willingness to work West Coast hours
