Job Summary
Review protocols, amendments, and study-specific documentation; attend site initiation visits; ensure accurate medication screening and documentation. Verify dosing accuracy, oversee compounding of investigational products, and maintain inventory while managing drug receipt and returns. Supervise IDS technicians, maintain SOP compliance, support audits, contribute to staff training and performance evaluations, and orient new staff. Upload and manage protocol documentation and staff credentials in eDOCs and Vestigo. Ensure compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards. Current Pharmacy License in Texas or Virginia required; IV and Chemotherapy certifications preferred. Base pay range $57,700.00 - $209,800.00 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy License in Texas or Virginia
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to perform duties requiring manual dexterity
- Ability to perform duties requiring extended periods of sitting/standing
Desired Qualifications
- Pharmacy Preceptor License
- IV Certification

- Strong knowledge of GCP
