Investigation Officer - Ilocos Sur/ Ilocos Norte

Manage cases received via Shared Mailbox and Hotline, conducting initial investigations triggered from other departments. Ensure all data is gathered for end-to-end investigations while providing direct technical support to forensic analysts for collecting, preserving, processing, and interpreting digital evidence from open sources. Investigate assigned cases at various risk levels, implement fraud prevention programs and plans, and conduct covert, overt investigations, surveillance, and counter-surveillance. Represent the Company in prosecution and litigation as required and coordinate with internal departments for risk mitigation strategies. Bachelor's degree in criminology or related field with at least three years of investigation experience in financial services or security industries is required.
