Investigation Coordinator

Manage ancillary product refund cancellations by gathering product-level data, analyzing documents for pertinent information, and inputting data into various technology platforms to execute automated processing. Investigate flow of funds via follow-up contacts with dealers, providers, or clients through emails, phone calls, faxes, or letters, while attending meetings via Teams or in-office to collaborate on Coordinator processes. Resolve priority or aged loans requiring manual intervention to meet operational and client-level SLAs, ensuring compliance with state-driven requirements related to product cancellations and flow of funds. Prioritize workload based on variable client-facing or internal SLAs and conduct research on specific product contract language to properly resolve product cancellations.
