Investigation and Remediation Manager

Lead and conduct end-to-end investigations into internal complaints, misconduct cases, and compliance breaches, ensuring objectivity, confidentiality, and fairness. Gather evidence, interview stakeholders, and document findings with root cause analysis to develop clear reports and recommendations. Oversee the intake, assessment, and resolution of complaints while driving the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective and preventive action plans (CAPAs). Collaborate with HR, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Legal teams to strengthen internal controls, mitigate organizational risks, and promote a culture of accountability and transparency across the Agency Distribution organization.
