Job Summary
Senior Inverter Hardware Architecture role focused on hardware requirement analysis, decomposition of sub-module requirements, and hardware system architecture design for automotive traction inverters. Responsibilities include topology selection, design, analysis and optimization; designing hardware interfaces and coordinating closely with Mechanical, Software, and System Development teams for seamless integration; coordinating with internal/external suppliers and local production; variant management to support a modular base; and troubleshooting with root-cause analysis and corrective actions for production and customer applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor with more than 3 years of experience
- Prior experience in automotive traction inverter topologies and development (e.g., Single-Inverter, Double-Inverter, Multi-Level Inverter) preferred
- Expertise in translating customer needs into detailed hardware requirements, designing, optimizing and decomposing inverter architectures
- Cross-Functional Integration & Interface Design skills with Mechanical, Software, and System Development teams
- Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination to ensure manufacturability and ramp-up
- Variant Management & Modular Design for hardware architectures
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance for production line and customer applications
