Job Summary
Respond to equipment staging and delivery requests, safely storing and staging IT hardware before ensuring accurate, timely delivery to client sites. Perform hardware replacements and upgrades in data center environments while troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty equipment remotely to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during operations, collaborating with remote support team members to maintain efficient service. Requires basic experience as a Data Center Technician, decent knowledge of data center equipment, and the ability to work on an on-call basis. Compensation ranges from $50-$90 per hour with travel and parking expenses included.
