Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate Global OEM service activity, including collecting and reporting quality data and managing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for the Global Repair Center. Independently resolve problems by verifying warranty entitlement, coordinating outgoing authorizations between affiliates and OEMs, and maintaining records of material failure analysis for quality trending. Monitor and report on OEM Service Levels, logistic costs, and material savings while adhering to clearly defined SOPs, scientific methods, and Environmental, Health, and Safety policies. Lead or support other associates as needed, ensure regulatory compliance, and notify supervisors of hazardous conditions. Requires minimal instruction for routine tasks, with a flexible 1st shift schedule (7-9 AM – 3-5 PM) and pay range of $16-20/hr for a 12-month contract.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Zero (0) to one (1) year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Has basic skills training in an analytical / scientific method or operational process area (e.g., material handling and management, logistics, manufacturing production)
