Job Summary
Inventory/Warehouse Clerk role focusing on supporting stockroom and courier functions. Responsibilities include fulfilling supply orders, using electronic inventory and purchasing systems to submit purchase orders, tracking inventory and par levels, receiving and stocking supplies, communicating with vendors about variances and deliveries, assisting with internal distribution of incentives, maintaining organized work areas, and performing courier duties to KBC facilities, blood drive locations, and hospitals. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, willingness to travel among facilities, ability to read SOPs, basic MS Office skills, and a high school diploma or GED. Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in stocking/receiving/shipping merchandise; warehouse fulfillment or similar environment preferred
- Valid Kentucky drivers license and safe driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds
- Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems
