Job Summary
Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse by counting, tracking, and replenishing stock following established procedures. Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control, while assisting with routine audits and reporting discrepancies per internal processes. Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers, and support continuous improvement of inventory workflows. This role requires consistent attendance, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment
- 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- English proficiency
