Inventory Technician II - Hardware Refreshes

Job Summary
Deploy and recover laptop and desktop images while handling inventory, asset management, and hardware deployment for front-line users. Troubleshoot hardware issues, maintain inventory accuracy using data management software, and report work accomplishments via ticketing systems to track Service Level Agreements. Manage conference room maintenance and behind-the-scenes user setups to enable over 70,000 global staff. Support complex, fast-paced environments and contribute to large-scale global projects as needed. This introductory role to IT services requires 'White Glove' service delivery and occasional instruction on new assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 to 4 years' related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work in a large team with minimal supervision
- Capable of providing an outstanding user experience
- Basic Inventory or IT knowledge
- Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to make sound decisions when faced with competing priorities
- Results oriented and can identify the steps to be taken to achieve objectives
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more of equipment safely, multiple times per day
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively
- Client Onsite Travel Required
