Inventory Technician II - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Manage material flow in and out of the F/A department by adjusting schedules, certifying batch folders, and reconciling production work orders. Coordinate Inventory Techs to ensure proper line clearance, assign jobs to waves, and allocate warehouse picks while maintaining adequate but non-excessive floor stock. Conduct audits to resolve discrepancies and provide scheduling information to management and warehouse teams. Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks, walkie-riders, and forklifts, ensuring all work meets GMP guidelines and safety standards. This onsite role requires full-time presence at the Oxford, NC office.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to routinely lift 25-50 lbs, and manipulate bulk drums weighing up to 400 lbs
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to lead and work in a team-based environment
  • Must have previous Inventory Tech experience
  • Must possess an excellent understanding of concepts involved in material control with computer-based inventory systems
  • Must have a forklift license
  • Must meet vision requirements
  • Revlon is unable to sponsor or transfer employment visas for this role; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa support
  • This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office
  • Must meet individual productivity and accuracy measures, and contribute to overall department productivity goals
  • Knowledge and compliance with all Revlon GMP guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Climbing a ladder and/or steps is required
