Inventory Team Lead

Lead daily Inventory operations and coordinate inbound activities while developing and coaching Inventory Assistants to ensure accurate stock receipt, processing, and recording. Manage workflow priorities (container unloads, deliveries, urgent receivals, inbound scheduling) and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and process compliance. Collaborate with Dispatch, Returns, Logistics, Production, and Buying to ensure seamless warehouse operations, deliver accurate operational reporting, and maintain high data integrity across warehouse systems. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and team effectiveness, while championing workplace safety and MESHKI values through hands-on leadership and modelling. Work closely with the Inventory Supervisor to drive workflow management, people leadership, and first-level investigations, ensuring smooth operations and high inventory accuracy.
