Job Summary
Conduct daily onsite inventory audits, reconcile equipment discrepancies, and coordinate equipment retrieval, replacement, and redistribution to minimize downtime. Perform routine cleaning, repackaging, and staging of Guardian equipment while verifying installation standards and completing monthly quality sampling of clamp and strap placement. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers reporting faulty or missing equipment, performing initial troubleshooting and coordinating return authorizations with Biomedical Engineering and Supply Chain. Provide onsite support during pilots, go-lives, and expansions, including daily rounding during the initial stabilization period and monthly post-go-live reviews. Maintain accurate records in TurnCare systems, track defect patterns, and proactively surface workflow barriers to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to learn company inventory, service, CRM, and documentation systems
- Up to 75%, including local hospital travel
- Some weekend and holiday traveling
- Comfortable entering and working in acute-care and critical-care patient environments
- Complying with all hospital policies
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull, stage, and transport equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant technical, logistics, healthcare, or supply-chain education
- Experience working in hospitals, acute-care settings, biomedical engineering, medical device operations, durable medical equipment, or healthcare supply chain
- Experience supporting product implementations, go-lives, field operations, or multi-site customer accounts
- Experience with basic equipment troubleshooting, service documentation, shipping and receiving, or return-material processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory and utilization information and translate findings into operational action
